To have a profile picture you need to have a Gravitar account or if you use Gmail, you just need to add your picture in the setting in your gmail account. Once you have done that, it should automatically show up on the surfing bar.

those members have browser settings forcing the surf page to be HTTPS. "Always use secure connections" needs to be turned off
in your browser setting. To change the setting, click on the 3 dots in the upper right corner of the Chrome window. Now click on Privacy and security on the left. Now click on Security in the Privacy and security box. Scroll down to Advanced. Where it says "Always use secure connections"
slide the button to the left to turn it off. It will change from blue to white. Now you will be able to surf at any exchange that has a HTTP surfbar.
